Cancellation Policy

LADAN SPA CANCELLATION AND SCHEDULING POLICY Ladan Spa is a small local business that deeply values the time of both our clients and our staff. When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we are a community-based business, we rely on a consistent schedule to remain operational. When an appointment is missed, we lose the opportunity to serve other clients who may have been waiting for that time slot. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your reservation. BOOKING AND SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure every reservation. We do not require a deposit at the time of booking, and your card will not be charged unless a no-show or late cancellation occurs. For clients under the age of 18, appointments must be scheduled directly with our front desk rather than through our online system so we can ensure proper provider availability and accommodations. These same policies apply to the use of LADAN Spa gift cards. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the applicable fee will be deducted from the gift card balance, and that portion of the card will be deemed used. CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES We require all clients to confirm their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Confirmations are sent via text and email. If we do not receive a confirmation within this 48-hour window, we will assume you are no longer able to attend, and your appointment will be automatically canceled to make room for clients on our waitlist. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. All cancellations must be made over the phone. Because our emails are only checked periodically, we do not accept cancellations via email. If you attempt to cancel via email and do not receive a response, the appointment is still considered active and subject to fees. ENFORCED FEES AND LATE POLICY Because our services are reserved for you personally, we strictly enforce the following fee schedule. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of the appointment will result in a charge equal to 50 percent of the reserved service amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100 percent of the reserved service amount. If you book an appointment within the 48-hour window and need to cancel, you must do so within 4 hours of the original booking time to avoid these charges. Regarding late arrivals, if you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us by phone before your start time, you will be charged for the entire service. If you arrive late but within the 15-minute window, you will still be charged the full amount, and we will complete as much of your service as possible in the remaining time. EMERGENCIES AND EXCEPTIONS If a cancellation is necessitated by circumstances beyond anyone's control, such as a power outage or extreme weather that requires the spa to close, we will reschedule your appointment without penalty. Other emergency absences will be considered on an individual, case-by-case basis. To request a fee waiver for an emergency, you must submit your request in writing within 7 days of the missed appointment. LADAN Spa will review the request and provide a written response within 14 days. We respectfully ask that you do not ask our front desk staff for individual exceptions at the time of the appointment, as they are required to follow these established business protocols.

    I work with a unique blend of medical experience and a passion for holistic healing. I started a career as a surgical tech, and worked with various private practice surgeons before taking a life-changing leap into aesthetics. I’ve been been deeply rooting in skin care for the last 10+ years. My journey has also led me to pursue a degree in Holistic Healing and Integrative Medicine; majoring in herbalism. Within my aesthetic journey I have specialized in acne, anti-aging, teen skin care education, advanced laser treatments, and speed waxing. Through my most recent education, I am hopeful to blend whole body healing. I enjoy being able to educate my clients. My approach is scientific, holistic, and deeply personal. I value giving clients a safe space; without judgement.
